Three kinds. From visitors to this website: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, and anything you choose to send us by email or through a booking form.

From prospective clients: business contact details such as name, role, company, business email, business phone and publicly available company information, obtained from licensed data providers and public sources.

From clients: the information needed to run campaigns on your behalf, including your customer lists where you provide them, your calendar availability and your CRM records where you connect them.

To respond to enquiries and schedule calls. To carry out business to business outreach on our own behalf and on behalf of our clients. To operate, secure and improve this website. To meet legal and record keeping obligations. We do not sell personal information.

We send commercial messages to business contacts. Every message we send includes the sender's identity, a valid postal address and a working unsubscribe link. If you unsubscribe, we stop and we keep a record of the request so we do not contact you again.

You can also opt out at any time by emailing info@finatis.ai, and we will action it within ten business days. If a client engaged us to contact you, tell us and we will pass the request to them as well.

We use third party providers to run our business, including email delivery and outreach platforms, customer relationship management software, calendar and scheduling tools, cloud hosting and analytics. These providers process information on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We can supply a current list of providers on request. We also disclose information where the law requires it.

We operate from Canada and serve clients in Canada and the United States. Some of our providers store or process information in the United States or elsewhere, which means information may be handled outside your own country and may be subject to lawful access requests in those jurisdictions.

Enquiries and correspondence for two years after our last contact. Prospect records for as long as they remain commercially relevant, and permanently in the case of unsubscribe records, because we need those to honour your request.

Client records for the duration of the engagement and for seven years afterwards, to meet Canadian record keeping requirements.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and withdraw consent to contact. Email info@finatis.ai. We respond within thirty days. If you are unsatisfied with our response you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

This site uses only what is necessary to serve pages and to run the booking widget when you open it. We do not use advertising or cross site tracking cookies. The booking widget is provided by Calendly and sets its own cookies when opened; that is covered by Calendly's own privacy policy.

We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows the current version.
